NHA Management Program
The Newton Housing Authority (NHA) owns and operates 93 units of managed housing acquired throughout the City of Newton to be used for affordable housing. These units, including our units on Wyman Street, make up NHA's Management Program.
About 52-54 & 68-70 Wyman St
52-54 Wyman St and 68-70 Wyman St are comprised of 20 unsubsidized one and two-bedroom units located in the desirable City of Newton - "The Garden City". These beautiful apartments were recently renovated and are located just minutes away from downtown Boston with easily accessible public transportation. Though these units are unsubsidized, Housing Choice Vouchers are welcomed.
Applicants without subsidy will need to provide income documentation
indicating they are able to pay the full contract rent.

Please Note: Electricity must be supplied by the tenant and utility accounts must be established in the tenant's name prior to occupancy. Applicants who do not establish utility accounts prior to occupancy are in violation of their lease and will be denied the unit and removed from the waiting list. Should the applicant reapply, they would not be entitled to any priority or preference previously received on the application for a period of three (3) years.
