Who We Are

The Newton Housing Authority's (NHA) Resident Services Department (RSD) team consists of 4 NHA staff members (3 of which are licensed social workers). The RSD serves as a supportive resource for NHA residents and voucher holders. 

Through one-to-one clinical services and the coordination and planning of recreation events at NHA properties, the RSD seeks to improve the overall quality of life of residents and voucher holders.

By utilizing evidence based clinical approaches, the RSD strives to respond to the changing needs of the NHA's resident population with dignity, cross-cultural competency, and data-driven methodology.
